Over the past few daily skins, I've been looking at the various programs that some people might not think to change from the default skin. My next stop being ICQ. Dream by alexandrie was definetly one of the favorites that i found today. The colourful elements in this skin combined with the awesome status icons are what makes this skin top notch.
